The personal trainers, and fitness models, say their painstaking identical lives help them stay in shape.
Lewis said: 'Any dumbbell Owen does, I will do too. We're exactly the same.'
From an early age, Owen and Lewis were inseparable and enjoyed playing football together. Until the age of 16, the twosome were signed to the Bolton Wanderers.
Owen said: 'Lewis and I have always been close. Since we were kids, we've done everything together.

'We went to the same school, socialized with the same group of friends and we've always loved playing football with each other.'
His brother, added: 'When we were about 15, we started working out at the gym together too.
'At that point though, it was not about bodybuilding. We just trained to get fitter to play football.'
At the age of 17, Owen went on join the Royal Marines Corps. Lewis followed him there when he was 18 years old.
However after 26 weeks, Lewis quit the Corps and Owen left after three years of service.
At the age of 20, the boys found themselves living back at their parents' home in Kendall.
Owen took a job as a labourer on a building site and Lewis started working as a painter and decorator.
'We were both miserable. After being in the Corps, I was suddenly in a crappy job doing removals for a mate,' Owen said.

'During that time, Lewis and I would read fitness magazines together and talk about how cool it would be to feature in one.
'We had always loved fitness so we decided to start bodybuilding together. Moreover, we decided to push ourselves to build muscle and achieve identical physiques.'

    VITAL STATISTICS

    Height: 5 feet 10 inches
    Weight: 13 stone/ 83 kg
    Chest size: 44 inches
    Arm circumference: 18 inches
    Waist size: 32 inches
'We lived together, trained together and ate all the same things at the same time. It was full on,' Lewis said.
'We would go to the supermarket together and get all our groceries in. Then we would stay up after work to prepare the next day's meals.
'We would even weigh out our individual meal portions carefully so that they were exactly identical.
'It would be eggs or oatmeal for breakfast followed by chicken or tuna with brown rice and vegetables for lunch.
'Occasionally our mum would prepare tea for us - something like roast turkey with avocado and a sweet potato.
'But we always made sure that everything she made was good food and the same portions.'
The duo also worked out six to seven times per week - shelling out £540 per month on protein supplements, gym memberships and spray tanning.
Owen said: 'We would wake up early doors to train together for an hour and a half at the gym.

'We made sure we were doing exactly the same exercises and reps as each other.
'If Lewis was lifting heavy then I would be lifting heavy and if I decided to do a light session, then Lewis would do that too. There was no difference between our workouts.'
It was not only diet and training regimes that the Harrison twins shared, the brothers also indulged in identical weekly binges and boozy nights out.
Lewis said: 'You've got to live life and you can't let bodybuilding stop you from doing that.

    THE HARRISON TWINS' DIET

Breakfast: Oats or Scrambled Eggs (Cereal once a week)
Mid-morning snack: Myprotein shake or nuts
Lunch: Chicken or Tuna with brown rice with a large portion of steamed veg (e.g. broccoli, asparagus, spring greens, peppers)
Mid-afternoon snack: Myprotein shake or bar
Dinner: Beef, chicken or roast turkey with large portion of steamed veg, avocado and sometimes a sweet potato
Cheat day: (once a week, usually on a Sunday). The twins eat chocolate and a whole Dominos pizza each. They also go on a night-out together before their allocated cheat day, drinking exactly the same alcohol and quantities
'So we have one cheat day per week - usually on a Sunday - where we buy the same amount of bad food and scoff it together.
'We devour a whole Dominos pizza each and then wolf down a load of chocolate.'
Owen added: 'We both love going on a night out too so we would go out together, usually on the Saturday night before our cheat day.
'When we are at a club, we would drink the same beverages and quantities.
'All these measures ensured that if we did a fitness or strength test, we would get exactly the same results.'
In spite of their extreme methods, there have been moments when the twins did not look totally alike.
'There have been times when one twin has been bigger than the other. You do worry about it but we just have to take measures to level it out,' said Owen.
His brother, added: 'We will sit down and take pointers from each other to work out how one has a muscle that is more defined or built than the other.'
The twins admit that whilst their parents - Warehouse worker Bill and Hairdresser Janet - are supportive, they don't fully understand Owen's and Lewis' lifestyles.
Owen said: 'Our parents don't quite get what we do - usually it kind of goes over their heads.
'But, we did manage to get our mum more interested in fitness. We wrote a diet and training plan for her and she lost three stone in six months.'
Although the twins both live in Leeds, Owen recently moved in with his girlfriend-of-a-year, Catrin Birkby, 30.
Owen said: 'We would wake up early doors to train together for an hour and a half at the gym. We made sure we were doing exactly the same exercises and reps as each other'

Lewis added: 'There's no rivalry between us. If anything, having a twin just helps steer you on with your training'

Nonetheless the boys still remain in regular contact with each other to preserve their matching hunky bods.
Single Lewis said: 'We speak on the phone and text whenever we have time to see what exercise regime the other is doing for the week. We also plan all our meals ahead.'
Catrin, a hairdresser and model from Leeds, encourages the siblings' efforts to remain physically identical.
She said: 'I'm all for what Lewis and Owen do - they have a good thing going together as twins.
'I'm happy to support them with whatever they need to do to keep being the Harrison Twins.
'The only thing that used to get to me was when they would get flirtatious comments from their female fans online.
'It goes over my head now though, Owen and I will just laugh about it.'
The brothers insist there is no competition between the two of them.
'There's no rivalry between us. If anything, having a twin just helps steer you on with your training,' Lewis said.
'It's good fun getting in front of the camera and showing off our physiques which we have worked so hard for.'

    THE WORKOUT REGIME
